Chief Project Coordinator

At the forefront of project management, we seek a seasoned professional to spearhead program and project management across multiple core products. Located in Los Angeles, this role requires exceptional strategic planning, execution, and reporting expertise.

This central driver of planning, execution, and reporting will lead multiple product initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate possesses high-level PMO practices, tools, and methodologies, with experience working in scaled agile environments (SAFE-lite) and Release Train Engineer (RTE) responsibilities.

Qualifications include 7+yrs of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise software envs, proven success managing multiple complex product initiatives simultaneously, strong experience in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or SAFe-lite), RTE background is a strong plus, expert in JIRA, eazyBI, and related PMO tools, demonstrated ability to create, track, and report on KPIs and operational metrics, excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, strong organizational skills with ability to handle competing priorities, familiarity with AI tools and practices in project management is highly desirable, PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred.
