We are hiring for the position of Store Manager at Stylish Icon , located in Gurgaon . We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional who can take charge of store operations, manage a team, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with product selection, and resolving concerns.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained, organized, and replenished as needed.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.
- Handle all billing and sales transactions accurately at the counter.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening / closing procedures, store presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized space.
