Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Lumion for rendering and visualization

Expertise in 3ds Max and modeling

Hands-on experience with 3D design tools like SketchUp, Autodesk 3ds Max, and Blender

Knowledge of texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques

Familiarity with architectural visualization and interior design concepts

3D Modeling Tools : Proficiency in software like Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Cinema 4D.

Texturing and Shading : Understanding UV mapping, procedural textures, and material creation.

Rendering : Expertise in rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift, or Unreal Engine.

Animation : Knowledge of keyframe animation, rigging, and dynamics.

Sculpting : Familiarity with tools like ZBrush or Mudbox for detailed sculpting.

CAD Software : Experience with AutoCAD or Rhino for architectural or product design.

Game Engines : Skills in Unity or Unreal Engine for interactive 3D environments.

3D Printing : Understanding file preparation and optimization for 3D printing.

Visual Effects (VFX) : Proficiency in particle systems, simulations, and compositing tools like After Effects.

Additional Skills :

Creative flair for designing realistic and engaging 3D visuals

Strong attention to detail and spatial understanding

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
