Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Administer and maintain Checkpoint firewalls, Aruba network devices, and ClearPass NAC systems.
• Monitor our global LAN and WAN infrastructure
• Work with out external SD WAN provider in the resolution of WAN line outage
• Troubleshoot and resolve zScaler Internet Access issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.
• Collaborate with international teams especially in Singapore and the German HQ
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and support resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
