Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing and Branding Manager, based in Gurgaon. The candidate will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to elevate Minaions' brand presence and enhance customer engagement. Key responsibilities include creating and managing branding campaigns, developing marketing content, overseeing social media presence, executing digital marketing strategies, and tracking campaign performance metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency will be a critical aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Branding, Marketing Strategy, and Campaign Management
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
• Content Development and Copywriting expertise
• Experience in Analyzing Campaign Performance and Generating Insights
• Project Management and Team Collaboration skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO strategies, and design software is advantageous
• Proven ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and execute them successfully
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
