About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Manager to own the reporting, insights, and technical integrity of our core digital marketing and product analytics stack. This high-impact, individual contributor role is the critical intersection of advanced analytics, technical SEO monitoring, and data governance. You will function as the primary analytical owner, responsible for turning data into actionable insights, ensuring platforms are monitored, optimized, and compliant, directly connecting marketing strategy with measurable growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
The Marketing Analytics Manager will be the core analytical owner for the marketing ecosystem, responsible for the integrity, performance, and functionality of our digital data :
- Full-Funnel & Lifecycle Ownership : Serve as the subject matter expert and primary operator for full-funnel analytics and customer lifecycle tracking. This includes evaluating, introducing, and integrating data enrichment technologies (e.g., identity resolution, reverse IP lookup) and auditing the configuration and reporting in GA4, Mixpanel, and GTM (where utilized).
- Channel & Content Performance : Proactively monitor and report on full-funnel channel performance (SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Paid Media) and site health. This includes leveraging tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, and GA4 to analyze content effectiveness, Core Web Vitals, site indexing, and crawling issues.
- Lead Data Governance and Privacy Auditing by defining technical best practices for data collection and collaborating closely with the Engineering Team and the Privacy Officer to ensure the compliant, consistent, and accurate deployment of the CDP (RudderStack) and all tracking technologies.
- Reporting & BI : Own the development and maintenance of custom, cross-channel performance dashboards using BI and visualization tools. This involves combining data from analytics, channel-specific, and operational databases to support the Marketing team's comprehensive reporting needs.
- Strategic Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and the executive team to translate business questions into measurable KPIs and actionable analytics reports.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have :
5+ years of dedicated experience in a technical Marketing Analytics, MarTech Operations, or Digital Data Management role, ideally within a SaaS environment.Web Instrumentation (JS & GTM) : Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for custom instrumentation and maintenance / auditing of tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM).GA4 & Mixpanel Mastery : Expert-level configuration and reporting skills across Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and a core product analytics platform like Mixpanel.Technical SEO & Site Health : Deep practical experience managing Technical SEO and resolving critical issues related to Google Search Console (indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals).CDP & Data Pipeline Expertise : Proven ability to implement, audit, and manage event tracking schemas using a CDP (e.g., RudderStack, Segment) for reliable server-side data routing.Data Governance & Compliance : Direct experience managing data governance, cookie consent, and implementing tracking technologies to ensure GDPR / CCPA compliance.SQL & BI Development : Proficiency in SQL for data preparation, extraction, and building custom, cross-channel dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker Studio).Audience Segmentation & Activation : Practical experience defining, building, and pushing targeted lead and customer segments from a CDP / BI tool into marketing automation platforms (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot) for personalized email and lifecycle campaigns.
