(Urgent Search) Inventory Specialist

Job Title : Executive - Inventory Location : Mumbai Experience : 1 - 3 Years Working Days : 6 Days Qualifications : Any Graduate (Pharma background preferred) Position Overview : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Inventory to join our team. The role involves maintaining accurate records of stock, managing data entry, and ensuring smooth inventory operations. Candidates with a background as an OT Pharmacist / Technician will be preferred. Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain Records : Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory data in Excel and internal systems.
• Monitor Stock : Track stock levels, requisitions, and consumption to avoid discrepancies or shortages.
• Reporting & Audits : Support regular audits and prepare clear, timely inventory reports.
• Team & Vendor Coordination : Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth stock flow and availability.
• Issue Resolution : Identify, report, and resolve inventory mismatches or discrepancies promptly.
