CTC : 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 per annum

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai / Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Recruiter with 6 months to 2 Years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent to help build our high-performing engineering and product teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, build robust pipelines, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

MUST HAVE SKILLS : :

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS TECH RECRUITER (6 MONTHS TO 2 YEARS)
SHOULD HAVE AN EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN IT INDUSTRY BEFORE

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent

Conduct technical skills assessments and candidate screenings

Source candidates through various channels and networks

Manage the interview scheduling and on-boarding process

Stay updated on tech recruitment trends and best practices

Utilise recruitment analytics to optimize the hiring process

Implement diversity hiring initiatives

Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment budget

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

6 months - 2 years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or at an agency.

Strong understanding of technical roles and modern tech stacks.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

Strong knowledge of the tech industry and recruitment tools

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates

Proficiency in Python recruitment

Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies
