Job descriptionUnderstand customer needs and requirements to effectively promote products or Educate customers on the features, benefits, and pricing of our offerings. Use persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a diplomatic and Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to actively listen to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools are preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
