Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder (Android AOSP) at HappiDost.Ai, located in Bengaluru. The Co-Founder will play a vital role in shaping the company's product and technological foundation, focusing primarily on Android AOSP development, device management, OTA, logging and all such features required to manage devices. Responsibilities include driving product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing feature design and implementation, and ensuring the technical delivery aligns with the business vision. The role also demands active participation in scaling business operations and contributing to long-term growth strategies.

• Expertise in sales and marketing to drive growth and user acquisition
• Proficiency in conducting research to gather insights and inform strategies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in technology development, especially in Android AOSP
• Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment with a hands-on approach
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

advanced degrees or equivalent experience are a plus
