We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Manager to execute campaigns, track performance, and support marketplace growth initiatives.

Role Overview

This is a practical, execution-focused role for a candidate with 4–5 years of experience in D2C growth or marketplace operations. You will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives, monitor KPIs, and scale our D2C and marketplace presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking

Support achieving weekly and monthly sales growth targets.

Monitor daily / weekly performance metrics and report gaps.

Execute marketplace campaigns, ad spends, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.

2. Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze sales, pricing, inventory, and campaign performance.

Build dashboards to track KPIs and growth metrics.

Support revenue forecasting and performance analysis using Excel.

3. Marketplace & Channel Support

Execute campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.

Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize campaigns.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with marketing, operations, design, and finance teams for timely execution.

Ensure clear communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Experimentation & Learning

Assist in designing growth experiments and tracking results.

Implement insights to improve campaigns and promotional strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

• 4–5 years in D2C growth, marketplace management, or e-commerce execution.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with campaign performance tracking, dashboards, and growth metrics.
