Job Summary :

We are seeking skilled Residential Gateway (PON / DOCSIS / DSL / 5G) Software Developer to design, develop, and integrate software components for Broadband and IoT gateways. Candidate must have hands on experience with one of the following middleware platforms (RDKB, OpenWRT, or prplOS) . Strong understanding of Networking Stacks and Protocols, Embedded Linux, and Device Management Protocols.

Candidates with working experience on different SoC platforms preferred

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, port, and maintain gateway software on RDK-B / OpenWRT / prplOS platforms
• Integrate and optimize components such as Wi-Fi, TR-181, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and routing subsystems
• Develop and debug applications / services in C / C++ on embedded Linux
• Work on system bring-up, build systems (Yocto / Buildroot), packaging, and upgrades (SW update, secure boot, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross functional teams for feature development, bug fixing, and performance optimization
• Support integration with cloud based management systems (TR-069, USP / TR-369, MQTT, REST APIs)
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation
