Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer located in Bengaluru. The Customer Relationship Officer will manage day-to-day customer interactions, handle customer service inquiries, maintain business relationships, and support sales activities. Responsibilities include majorly visiting construction sites and offices, building customer relationship, addressing customer concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands field work.

• Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Marketing and Sales
• Good Communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the scaffolding or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree
• Driving license
