- Experience in preparing and implementing FSSAI / HACCP / FSMS in a food processing facility.
- Technical & Compliance Knowledge : Knowledge of FSSAI standards and analytical compliance for product and packaging.
- Experience in implementing and sustaining ISO 22000 / FSMS at 3P manufacturing facilities.
- Proven ability to drive Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all plants.
- Experience in driving FSSC and developing systems to meet export country requirements (FDA) in 3P units based on business requirements.
- Communication & Training : Imparting training to educate shop floor employees on GMP / Food Safety / FSSC 22000 requirements / FSSAI requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Kannada / Hindi.
- Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement : Developing evaluation metrics and tracking the cost of poor quality across 3P manufacturing units.
- Taking proactive measures to reduce FG rejections and product recalls.
- Preparing detailed root cause analysis and mitigation plans for genuine customer / consumer complaints.
- Conducting process capability studies and other process improvement activities using TQM tools.
- Team Leadership & Development : Leading and inspiring the plant quality team by identifying gaps and defining the strategy for capability interventions at the plant level.
- Implementing KAIZEN and continuous process improvements at the units.
