Role Description
- Manage daily operations of the experience centre and ensure smooth customer flow.
- Greet and engage walk-in customers, showcase products, and provide design consultations.
- Maintain attractive product displays, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
- Achieve sales targets through effective customer service and team performance.
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Train and guide showroom staff to deliver excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
Skills in Retail Sales and general Sales processesProficiency in Customer Service and Relationship BuildingStrong Communication skills for engaging with diverse customersAbility to work collaboratively and achieve sales targets under minimal supervisionPrior experience in the retail or furniture industry is an added advantageBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
