Job Description

Leadership & Strategy :

• Define and execute the professional services strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build and scale a high-performing services team across regions.
• Develop frameworks for delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Service Delivery :

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation, migration, and integration projects.
• Establish best practices for deployment
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards during implementations.

Customer Engagement :

• Act as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts during onboarding and transformation projects.
• Drive adoption and value realization through consultative engagement.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex issues.

The Successful Applicant

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field MBA preferred.

Experience : 15+ years in professional services leadership roles within enterprise SaaS, Integration Management industries.

Deep expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, would be preferred

Proven track record of managing high velocity implementations and global teams.

Skills : Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Ability to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
