Head of Analytics - B2C

The VP – Data Analytics will be responsible for building a unified view of business performance across all departments, creating compelling data stories, and enabling leadership to make better, faster, and more informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities : -

Analytics & Reporting

• Own the company-wide analytics framework, ensuring visibility into KPIs across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, Operations).
• Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and scorecards that clearly show where each department stands against goals and benchmarks.
• Ensure reporting consistency, accuracy, and timeliness for leadership reviews.
