Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing introducer commission activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, introducers, and the UK finance team. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, the ability to handle high-pressure situations, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage Commissions Email Inbox

• Monitor and manage the common commissions email inbox.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming emails.
• Address introducer-related queries, including :
• Student status updates
• Updates on introducer statements
• Payment status updates

2. Prepare and Manage Introducer Statements

3. Commission Calculation & Compliance

4. General Responsibilities
