Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Palai and requires a Manager - Support Services to oversee and manage the efficient operations of hospital support services. Primary responsibilities include ensuring the seamless delivery of non-clinical services such as housekeeping, hospitality, and patient assistance. The role involves coordinating teams, maintaining service standards, and implementing operational improvements for enhanced patient and staff satisfaction. The Manager will also monitor budgets effectively, ensure compliance with institutional policies, and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (Specialization in Housekeeping) with MBA
• 10-12 years is required
• Healthcare experience is mandatory
