MERN Stack Developer - React.js / Node.js

Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on React.js to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. You should be comfortable working across the entire development stack from front-end UI development to backend APIs and database interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Manage state effectively using Redux, Context API, or other libraries
• Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs
• Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, etc.
• Handle third-party API integrations and middleware configuration
• Ensure backend scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Design and manage schemas in MongoDB using Mongoose
• Perform CRUD operations, indexing, aggregation, and data modeling
• Optimize database queries for performance and scalability
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Heroku
