We’re not looking for just a designer.

We’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, get their hands in the ink, and build with us — one print, one stitch, one shirt at a time.

As a Creative Designer / Analyst , you’ll be immersed in every detail of artisanal garment creation. You’ll document processes, drive quality, and grow with a brand that believes in earning beauty through effort.

✧ What You’ll Do

1.     Garment Cutting & Pattern Implementation

• Understand pattern-making fundamentals and assist in fabric cutting.
• Ensure precision in cutting based on established garment patterns.
• Work alongside the production team to maintain fit accuracy and design adherence.

2.     Hands-on Involvement in the Hand Block Printing Process

3.     Process Documentation & Control

4.      Stitching & Garment Construction

✧ Who You Are

Deeply passionate about textiles, process, and learning-by-doing

Enthusiastic to work in the shoes of a block printer or tailor

Keen to understand shirt construction — especially cutting and finishing

Strong sense of discipline and ownership

Fluent in Adobe Suite (Advanced), MS Excel (Intermediate)

Beginner-level skills in pattern making and cutting

Articulate communicator, especially in English

Bonus Skills : Video editing, Clo 3 D, AI in design

B. Des in Textile Design or B. Sc / M. Sc in Textile & Fashion Design
