About the Role :

We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Media Buyer with 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to drive measurable ROI through strategic media planning and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and test ad creatives.
• Proven experience in creative testing and analyzing ad performance beyond numbers.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, funnels, and ad strategy.
• Should be data-driven and up to date with the latest Meta ad trends.
• Strong understanding of media buying metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.).
• Experience in scaling accounts profitably with monthly spends of ₹10L–₹ 50L+.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager).
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel / Google Sheets, Meta Ads Manager, Lookerstudio etc.
