About IBKUL :

IBKUL [i-be-cool] is a leading athleisurewear brand known for its stylish, comfortable, and performance-driven apparel. We are dedicated to creating high-quality, fashion-forward products that cater to individuals who embrace an active lifestyle. We are currently seeking a Production Assistant.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage fabric follow-ups and track production and delivery schedules
Maintain and update costing sheets
Coordinate and maintain production schedules and timelines with vendors and internal teams
Liaise and assist with cross-functional needs
Track fabric deliveries and raw material status with overseas vendors
Maintain and update costing sheets and assist with price negotiations when needed
Log and track sample development (lab dips, fit samples, SMS, TOP samples, etc.)
Coordinate approvals for fabrics, trims, prints, and packaging

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production role

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with overseas production workflows and lead times is preferred

Experience working with performance fabrics or fashion / apparel brands is preferred
