Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.10 - 15 years of experience in seasonings / spices or food ingredients categories, with proven expertise in scaling categories.Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record in P&L management.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with global food trends, regulatory compliance, and emerging markets(ref : iimjobs.com)
