Job Summary & Responsibilities :

Must have skills :

7-10 years of experience in Enterprise-scale Development projects
C#, .NET Core
Strong understanding of microservice architecture and distributed systems
Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
Familiarity with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms
Experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics
Well-versed in AWS services, particularly IAM and Lambda
Solid understanding of software development best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, Agile methodologies, unit testing)

Good to have :

Working with the Atlassian stack (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence)

Experience with CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Octopus Deploy

Familiarity with React

Soft skills :

Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Effective collaboration with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Clients, and cross-functional teams

Ability to transfer technical knowledge to team members

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Experience working in a distributed team environment
