• UEM Platform L2
• Strong knowledge on End user computing platform which includes Microsoft Configuration Manager, OS Image engineering, Patch Management,
• Strong hands on experience on Software packaging and deployment
• Ability to design and implement OS upgrade and software compatibility testing
• Strong ITIL SAM knowledge
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues
• Proven ability to deliver Office IT services with managed services
• Strong Customer Management experience
• Strong Communication & Facilitation skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong customer orientation & quality attitude
• Experience in cross cultural working environments
