Job description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, with a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth.

Location : Mumbai & Bangalore

Experience : 1 - 3 years

Salary : 4 - 6l

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls and emails.
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
