About the Role
Run core workplace services and facilities operations: vendor coordination, assets, security support, and employee welfare. You ensure the work environment meets SCG standards every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate building management, security, housekeeping, pantry, and transport vendors.
- Administer GA contracts, POs, invoices, and service KPIs;
drive cost-effectiveness. - Maintain office assets, inventories, and equipment lifecycle records.
- Support HSE basics (drills, signage, ergonomics) in coordination with safety teams.
- Manage office moves, seating plans, visitor access, and ID badges.
- Assist with CSR/community events and internal activities as assigned.
- Produce GA reports and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree;
experience in GA/facilities/services administration is a plus. - Vendor-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with documentation, tracking, and reporting.
