Seeking a Performance Marketing Manager, proficient in campaign operations, specializing in SOCIAL MEDIA B2C

Key Responsibilities :

  • User Acquisition Strategy : Define strategies across performance marketing channels, focusing primarily on meta & Tiktok LinkedIn
  • Campaign Management : Set up and optimize campaigns daily to improve performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Performance Analysis : Analyze and report on performance through paid channels regularly.
  • Collaboration with Agencies : Identify new targeting opportunities across user segments and geographies with the help of agencies.
  • Creative Optimization Feedback : Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback on creative assets.
  • Ad Campaign Implementation : Oversee Search ads, Shopping campaigns, Google Merchant Center, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize Google Analytics for performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget Allocation : Allocate budgets effectively, optimize campaigns, and conduct thorough performance analyses.
  • Reporting : Create and maintain reports in Excel, including planning and reporting tasks.
  • Digital Campaign Execution : Plan and execute campaigns across PPC, social media advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), and programmatic ad buys.
  • Collaboration for Narratives : Work with product and analytics teams to craft compelling, targeted narratives for the car share audience.
  • Performance Monitoring : Use tools 3rd party and platform.
  • Performance Reporting : Develop and maintain performance reports, ensuring clear communication of results and learnings to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management : Maximize ROI and achieve KPIs related to user acquisition and engagement within budget constraints.
  • A / B Testing : Conduct A / B testing on campaign elements to continuously improve conversion rates and key performance metrics.
  • Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest trends in performance marketing, especially within the mobility and tech-app sectors.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 5-7 years in digital / performance marketing, ideally in a tech or mobility-focused company.
  • Data Analysis : Proficiency in data analysis and translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Marketing Tools Proficiency : Strong proficiency with online marketing tools and ad platforms like Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and an understanding of TikTok's advertising opportunities.
  • Data Processing : Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Adaptability : Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
