Senior Engineer - Maintenance

Senior Engineer – Maintenance is responsible for managing both breakdown and preventive maintenance activities for plant equipment and utilities to ensure safe, efficient and uninterrupted production operations.

• Managing both Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance activities for plant equipment and utilities to ensure safe, efficient and uninterrupted production operations.
• Leading a team of operating engineers and technicians, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing solutions with minimal downtime
• Focus on team development, driving performance improvement and skill enhancement among team members.
• Manage spare parts inventory, ensure critical spare availability, and optimize maintenance costs.
• Hands-on experience in Press, Heat treatment furnace, Grinding & SPM machines.
• Ensure operation and maintenance of Utilities like Compressor, DG's, ETP & STP.
• Ensure working conditions of all Material Handling system like (Hoist, Crane, Stacker, Forklift)
• Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or modifications to support production requirements and reduce costs
