We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Learning and Admin Manager professional with 1–2 years of experience to manage the deployment and maintenance of our learning and engagement platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user management, role assignments, and platform administration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate user setup, and efficient day-to-day platform operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Finalize and modify platform teams.
- Create and update enrolment rules.
- Assign and update languages for different user groups.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for platform admins and creators.
- Create and manage managers and learners on the platform.
- Modify learner details when required.
- Assign and manage admin and creator roles.
- Download and share standard platform reports.
- Support marketing campaigns to drive platform engagement.
- Follow up with learners to encourage course completion.
