Roles and Responsibilities
1. Financial Release, YTD Financials, HO reporting and Statutory Audit requirements.
- Process Financial release accruals and other task alloted on timely basis.
- Process monthly YTD financials with variance explanation as per branch alloted.
- Support processing statutory audit requirement as alloted by superior.
- Process HO reporting requirements during half yearly and annual basis as alloted.2. - Process RBS / RBI Inspection and all Local bodies data requirements.
- Process, maintain accuracy and timely submission of data.
- Present to superior with adequate data workings showing comparatives and variance explanation.
- Maintain historical data for referencing and reporting.3 Liase, process and control Fixed assets, ICAAP reportings and Other major MIS.
- Understand the HOP and IOP guidelines and JGAAP and IGAAP compliances related to Fixed Asset accounting and reporting.
Ensure such compliances are maintained.
Devise adequate process flow and formats to present Fixed Asset Schedule on PAN India.Ensure accuracy and timely completion of ICAAP reporting with adequate presentation to superiors.Strong liason is required to get adequate data / evidences from related sections on timely basis to achieve the reporting deadlines.Periodically provide MIS reports to superior which will give valuable inputs.4 Process and scrutinise major items of Profit & Loss Statement.Check movements of major revenue and expense items on monthly basisLiase with other sections and get appropriate transaction detailsScrutinse accounts and advise rectification to related sections on discrepancies, if any.Ensure accuracy and timely completion of report on monthly basis.5. Co-ordinate and assist in IndAS reporting and compliances.Timely completion and submisson to RBI after adequate presentation to superiors (comparative analysis).Give timely alerts and updates to superior on compliances identified.Pro-actively attend and timely submitted related data to requesting party in co-ordination with superior.Maintain accuracy and good record keeping.
