Graphic Designer

Job Brief

Nucleus Software is seeking a Graphic Designer to lead creative execution across digital and print media. This role combines strong design fundamentals with the use of AI-powered tools to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent visuals at speed and scale.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns, guide visual storytelling, and contribute to a scalable design system. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, tech-savvy, and passionate about modern design and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design for digital campaigns, social media, web, events, and print.

Use AI tools (MidJourney, Firefly, Figma AI) to enhance creative output.

Develop infographics, motion graphics, and storytelling assets.

Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Mentor junior designers and support scalable design practices.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably B2B or tech).

Strong portfolio with digital marketing and brand campaigns.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, and AI design tools.

Solid grasp of typography, color, UX, and motion design.

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
