We are seeking a Senior .NET Full-Stack Lead with deep expertise in end-to-end solution design, cloud-native development on Azure, and enterprise-grade CI / CD automation via Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant digital platforms ,leveraging modern .NET (Core, 6 / 7 / 8), microservices, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps automation

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex, multi-domain enterprise applications using .NET (Core, 6 / 7 / 8), Angular, and microservices.
• Design and implement cloud-native, scalable, and secure applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging PaaS (App Services, Functions), IaaS, and serverless patterns.
• Architect and govern CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps — including YAML-based pipelines, release strategies, artifact management, environment provisioning, and automated testing integration.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform for consistent, repeatable, and auditable deployments.
• Own solution design documentation, including architecture decision records (ADRs), system context diagrams, data flow models, and integration blueprints.
• Drive DevOps culture and practices — including automated testing (Selenium, NUnit), monitoring (Dynatrace, Grafana), logging, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Client Stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor senior developers and architects; conduct technical reviews, code walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to embed governance into the development lifecycle.
• Lead solution discovery, feasibility analysis, and prototyping for new features, integrations, and platform enhancements.
