About the Role

The Senior Associate – CEO’s Office is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.

You will work directly with the CEO, acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities. This includes everything from scaling new business lines and optimizing global operations to steering data-driven decision-making and enabling cross-functional excellence.

This role is about turning insight into action — shaping ideas into measurable outcomes that move the organization forward. You’ll get a panoramic view of Joveo’s business, deep exposure to global leadership, and the chance to influence the company’s direction at the highest level.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a strategic extension of the CEO, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
• Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
• Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.
• Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
• Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution.
• Support the CEO in board, investor, and leadership communication — but with focus on insight and action, not just decks.
• Be the “connective tissue” between strategy and execution — ensuring priorities move from idea → plan → outcome.
