Job descriptionAs a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software projects on time and within scope. Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, product management, and business stakeholders Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Track project performance using tools like Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and leadership capabilities.Proven experience managing large-scale, complex software projects Strong understanding of SDLC and modern engineering practices Proficiency in project management tools (e.G., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving accountability Competitive salary and benefits package Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards Annual health check-ups Insurance coverage : group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents We support hybrid work and flexible hours to fit diverse lifestyles.
