Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations : -

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production / warranty support.

Job Role

Strong hands-on experience analyzing large datasets in Excel, CSV, and API-based data sources.

Proficient in complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

Business Rules Implementation : Experienced in designing and applying business logic within Excel models and automated workflows.

Expertise in handling raw data, applying formulas, and preparing structured datasets for insights.

Ability to work with large datasets efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed in reporting.

Location and way of working

Location : Delhi (Work from Office – 5 days)
