Looking for a Tech Partner / App Developer (Equity | No Salary | No Investment)

Hey everyone

I’m building Trybaz — a new-age retail startup where customers can try products at home before buying.

Think of it as the bridge between online shopping and in-person experience — fast, convenient, and risk-free.

We’re starting from Delhi NCR, already in talks with partner brands, and preparing for a pilot.

Now I’m looking for a tech partner, not an employee.

Someone who can build, think, and execute — who’s not scared of uncertainty, and can figure things out as we go.

You don’t need to invest money — and yes, there’s no salary right now.

But you’ll receive equity once we raise our first round of funding, with a chance to grow into a CTO or founding team role.

What You’ll Do

• Build the Trybaz MVP (Customer + Rider + Admin modules)
• Handle app development, backend setup, and deployment
• Make tech decisions that shape the product from day one
• Work directly with me (founder) to launch, test, and refine the business

Tech Stack (Flexible)

Flutter / React Native / Kotlin / Swift / Node / Firebase — whatever gets the MVP live fastest.
