Job Title : Technical Support Executive / Application Specialist
Location : Preferably Coimbatore, or any other city in Tamil Nadu
Experience Required
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Technical Support or Applications
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely product demonstrations and perform troubleshooting, ensuring proactive communication and coordination with internal teams.
- Visit laboratories, customer sites, and participate in programs / EXPOs to showcase and promote products.
- Conduct monthly performance checks of High Throughput (HTP) and NAT Labs, including existing customer locations.
- Guide and support internal teams to ensure smooth planning and processing of customer samples.
- Prepare, maintain, and update SOPs, presentations (PPTs), user manuals, and IFUs in an easily accessible format.
- Collect, document, and share customer feedback with R&D, Production, and QC teams for continuous improvement.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.Strong technical understanding of molecular diagnostic products and laboratory workflows.Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer interaction skills.Ability to collaborate across teams and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
