Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail & Corporate Hiring)

Location : Pune

Department : Human Resources

Reports to :

Head of HR / Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role-

We are seeking a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

who is well-versed in using

LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri Resdex

to identify, engage, and hire top talent. The role requires balancing

volume retail hiring

with

specialized corporate hiring , ensuring that both frontline teams and business functions are staffed with the right talent at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment :

Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for retail and corporate positions.

Retail Hiring :

Handle bulk hiring for store teams (sales staff, store managers, customer service).

Corporate Hiring :

Partner with function heads to close roles in marketing, finance, supply chain, HR, design, and product.

Sourcing Mastery : Leverage

LinkedIn Recruiter

for advanced searches, outreach, and talent mapping. Utilize

Naukri Resdex

for efficient database searches and active candidate pipelines. Tap into referrals, social media, and niche platforms to supplement sourcing.

Employer Branding :

Contribute to building the company’s presence as an employer of choice.

Metrics & Reporting :

Maintain hiring dashboards and track TAT, quality of hire, and source efficiency.

Stakeholder Management :

Partner with hiring managers, providing market insights and advisory on talent availability.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

3–6 years of recruitment experience in both

retail (volume hiring)

and

corporate hiring .

Proven expertise in

LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri Resdex

— Boolean searches, advanced filters, outreach campaigns, and pipeline management.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment.

Experience with ATS / HRMS (Keka Preferably ) tools and Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
