We are seeking a highly skilled Buyer with a strong background in Material Management and comprehensive knowledge of food materials and catering supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA procurement processes, and relevant educational qualifications. A thorough understanding of local food materials and catering requirements in Saudi Arabia is essential. This role will be pivotal in sourcing and managing suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of materials for our food manufacturing and catering operations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.

Responsibilities

Initial preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a wide range of commodities
Process modifications to terms and conditions of purchase agreements
Perform commercial analysis on suppliers to develop more efficient processes and cost-effective solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Skills
