We’re Hiring : 2 Mail Outreach Specialists (Guest Posts, PR & Success Story Publication).

Location : Bengaluru, India (Remote) / Open to Global Remote Candidates with the ability to work in the preferred time with India.

Role Overview

Drive outbound revenue for bringing guest post publication orders, link insertion orders to existing posts, PR publication, brand awareness campaigns, and our India-focused Success Stories program of startups, SME and established companies (Review article or Success story or interview of company key persons, with optional video podcast) featured on

Key Responsibilities :

Prospect & qualify : Build verified lead lists of startups, SMEs, and established companies in India (founders / CMOs / PR leads) for success stories, guest posts, link insertions, PR, and brand campaigns as well our [E-Magazine] Advetorial and Sponsored ads boosting.

Outreach at scale : Launch multi-step cold / nurture sequences; personalize with liquid tags / snippets; A / B test subjects, hooks, and CTAs.

Deliverability ownership : Manage domains / subdomains, warm-up, SPF / DKIM / DMARC, list hygiene, and blocklist monitoring.

Close the loop : Handle replies, book meetings, progress deals, and hand off to Sales with complete CRM context.

Package offers : Prepare media kits (DR / vertical / geo / TAT / pricing) and bundles (guest post + PR + link pack + success story feature).

Research and collect leads from reputable websites that regularly publish guest posts and press releases. Then, conduct strategic email outreach to offer guest post and press release publication opportunities on Editorialge.com, strengthening collaborations and expanding our digital media partnerships.

Editorial coordination : Secure approvals, collect assets (logos / images / metrics / testimonials), and schedule video podcast or article features with production.

Compliance & reporting : Adhere to CAN-SPAM / GDPR and submit concise weekly progress updates.

Key Skills :

Cold-email copywriting that converts (clear value props, social proof, crisp CTAs).
Segmentation & research (firmographics, geo, DR / traffic goals, backlink profiles).
Deliverability engineering (seed tests, postmaster tools, bounce / spam control).
Offer design & pricing (bundles, volume discounts, retainers).

Tools : Apollo / Lemlist / Mailshake / Outreach, HubSpot / Zoho CRM, Sales Navigator, Sheets / Notion.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (Business / Marketing / Communications) or equivalent experience.

3–5+ years in B2B outbound for digital media / SEO / PR / link-building or agency sales. If you have B2C, it will be excellent.

Proven record meeting reply-rate, meeting-set, and revenue targets at scale (share examples / metrics).

Hands-on with domain warming, multivariate testing, and multi-channel cadences (email + ).

Experience building repeatable playbooks (ICP maps, messaging matrices, objection trees).

Bonus : experience pitching case studies / success stories or coordinating podcast / video features.

Fluent, persuasive English writing; additional Indian languages (especially Hindi) are a plus.

Proficiency with outreach + CRM stacks and data-enrichment tools.

Ability to work in India time-zone and collaborate globally.

Strong process discipline : clean CRM notes, accurate stage tracking, and forecasting.
