Job descriptionAchieve monthly revenue, conversion, ATV, and UPT targets Workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and weekly coaching; Daily SOPs : opening / closing, cash, billing, stock receiving, RTV, shrink control Inventory health : cycle counts, replenishment, size-curve integrity, ageing control Visual merchandising execution and weekly refreshes aligned to brand guidelines Local marketing : community outreach, trek clubs, partnerships, and micro-events Reporting : daily MIS, sell-through, bestsellers / slow movers, and action plans Coordination with HO for supply, VM, marketing, HR, and finance 5–10 years’ apparel retail experience with at least 2 years leading a store team Track record of meeting sales targets and improving KPIs in outdoor / athleisure / sportswear Strong people leadership, rota planning, and performance management Proficient with POS, Excel / MIS, inventory systems, and basic retail math Customer-first mindset; calm under pressure; Flexibility for weekends / holidays, physical store work, and periodic travel for training Local market knowledge of Pune and nearby catchments Passion for outdoors, trekking, travel communities, or endurance sports Experience launching new stores or turning around underperforming ones

Location : Pune, Wakad.
- Experience : 5–10 years in apparel retail;
outdoors, athleisure, or sportswear preferred.
