Systems Integration and Implementation Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a System Integration Specialist who understands how different systems work together and can manage firmware upgrades, troubleshoot network issues, and coordinate with vendors and IT teams. This role requires someone who is technically strong, curious about business processes, and committed to project compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Firmware Upgrades : Manage and apply firmware updates based on project needs; coordinate with vendors.
• Master-Slave Systems : Understand and troubleshoot face registration systems used for workmen tracking.Investigate past issues, cybersecurity risks, and firewall configurations.
• IT Coordination : Work closely with central IT teams to report and resolve system errors and code issues.
• Network Sync Analysis : Identify sync delays and root causes.Monitor time taken for data synchronization across systems.
• Data Analysis : Review and interpret system data to improve performance and reliability.
• Vendor Agnostic Approach : Work with multiple vendors without bias, focusing on business needs.
• IT & Business Learning : Be proactive in learning business processes and applying IT knowledge to improve them.
• Project Compliance : Ensure all system activities align with project standards and regulatory requirements.
