Role Summary
We are looking for a System Integration Specialist who understands how different systems work together and can manage firmware upgrades, troubleshoot network issues, and coordinate with vendors and IT teams. This role requires someone who is technically strong, curious about business processes, and committed to project compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Firmware Upgrades : Manage and apply firmware updates based on project needs; coordinate with vendors.
- Master-Slave Systems : Understand and troubleshoot face registration systems used for workmen tracking.Investigate past issues, cybersecurity risks, and firewall configurations.
- IT Coordination : Work closely with central IT teams to report and resolve system errors and code issues.
- Network Sync Analysis : Identify sync delays and root causes.Monitor time taken for data synchronization across systems.
- Data Analysis : Review and interpret system data to improve performance and reliability.
- Vendor Agnostic Approach : Work with multiple vendors without bias, focusing on business needs.
- IT & Business Learning : Be proactive in learning business processes and applying IT knowledge to improve them.
- Project Compliance : Ensure all system activities align with project standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of system design and integration principlesExperience with firmware management and vendor coordinationKnowledge of network protocols , firewall settings , and cybersecurity basicsAbility to analyze sync delays , error codes , and system logsFamiliarity with face recognition systems or similar biometric setupsGood communication skills to work with cross-functional teamsInterest in learning business operations and applying IT solutionsUnderstanding of project documentation and compliance standardsPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience in industrial or infrastructure projectsExposure to biometric systems, or IoT integrationsBasic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Shell, etc.)Familiarity with vendor-neutral platforms and tools
