Role Description

1. Façade Draftsman (Min. 3 Years Experience)

Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate façade shop drawings, details & fabrication drawings.
• Work on unitized, semi-unitized, aluminium, glass railing, and cladding details.
• Coordinate with design & project teams for technical solutions.
• Ensure drawings meet project timelines and quality standards.

2. Façade Project Manager (Min. 5 Years Industry Experience)

5.Office admin-

1.Handle daily office operations, documentation, and record maintenance.

2.Prepare and maintain project files, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.

3.Coordinate between design, site, and accounts departments for smooth workflow.

4.Manage emails, calls, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

5.Support HR in attendance tracking, leave records, and new employee documentation.

6.Maintain stock register, track material inward / outward, and assist in procurement.

7.Update and organize company database, files, and digital records systematically.
