Job title- Assistant Manager-International Business (Employee Benefit-Central Processing Unit).

Reporting To-

Deputy Vice President (International Business)

Branch-

Mumbai

Job Summary / About the Role-

This position is responsible for managing data management function, data reconciliation, data analysis, periodical reports preparation and presentation. To maintain good relations with the corporate, clients, TPA and insurance companies for the smooth functioning of Endorsements / policies.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor degree particularly from any background, General Insurance certifications will be an added advantage.

Required Experience and skills :

Should have minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Insurance industry (Insurance

Company / Brokers / TPA).

Should have strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Should be strong in MS-Office.

Should have good Team Management skills, analytical and presentation skills.

Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Ability to work on large data sets on multiple systems.

Should possess strong Communication skills and must have good negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Data management & Endorsements :

Additions, deletions, or corrections to ensure that the data is accurately covered under the policy period.

Responsible for maintaining active data and manage the cash deposit (CD) statements

Ownership of all live and past data related requirements

Monthly / Quarterly Reconciliations :

Comparing and verifying HR data with insurer and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) data to ensure accuracy and consistency

Insurer & TPA Relationships :

The team connects with the necessary service providers to maintain strong relationship, especially to procure endorsements within TAT.

Prudent Plus Integrations :

All data needs to be uploaded to the portal so that clients can download their e-cards and access other policy-related details.

Quality Checks

Involve systematic inspections and evaluations of the database. This process helps identify defects and maintain consistency in quality.

Single SPOC for data requirements

Serve as nodal function & custodian to support team requirements on data management for IB clients
