📍 Location : Vastrapur, Ahmedabad – 380054

💼 Role : Desktop Support L1 (Field – System Engineer)

⏳ Shift : General Shift (9 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM)

🧑 💻 Experience : More than 1 Year

Job Description (JD) :

• Field visits to assigned branches in base location & nearby cities
• Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, switches, passbook kiosks, Outlook & printers
• Ensure timely closure of escalated support requests & maintain CSAT
• Coordination with internal IT teams for complex issues
• Incident & request ticket monitoring as per SLAs
• Enforce IT security policies, access controls & compliance
• Remote support knowledge required
• Strong communication & excellent problem-solving skills
• Physical asset verification activities
