- Align priority-driven time allocation and ensure conflict-free scheduling across business & personal agendas.
š¹ Travel Strategy & Coordination (Core Focus)
End-to-end travel managementādomestic & international (including private aviation).Handle visas, airport facilitation, customs, hotel selections, upgrades, culinary preferences, on-ground logistics and contingency planning.Deliver seamless travel experiences with 24Ć7 agility.š¹ Lifestyle & Experience Management (Core Focus)
Provide luxury lifestyle support across dining, wellness, hospitality and event experiences.Maintain partnerships with global concierge services and premium hospitality providers.š¹ VIBP & Senior Partner Relationship Management (Core Focus)
Liaise with Very Important Business Partners, investors and high-profile stakeholders.Ensure flawless coordination for meetings, travel and engagements with warmth, poise and diplomacy.š¹ Board & Leadership Support
Coordinate Supervisory Board operationsāagendas, documentation, pre-reads, minutes & follow-through.Act as the strategic conduit between Chairmanās office and Executive Board with structured communication and decision tracking.š¹ Preparation & Business Intelligence
Prepare briefs, talking points, research, sensitivity notes and post-meeting summaries for high-impact decision making.š¹ Documentation & Governance
Manage reconciliation of travel, F&B and hospitality expenses in full compliance with governance protocols.
