About the Company

We are looking for VPMS Lead Engineer

About the Roles & Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for providing, reviewing, and critiquing solutions for VPMS application projects, enhancements, maintenance, and production support work.

• 5+ years of application development experience using VPMS with at least 2-4 years of life insurance experience.
• Solid experience in VPMS tool and VPMS Modelling Language.
• Solid experience in business and technical analysis and the ability to create user stories including technical specifications.
• Experience in MS Excel and converting rules in Excel to VPMS.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
