Expertise in SQL : Proficient in writing complex queries, understanding indexing, and normalizing databases. 1-5 years of experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle is a plus. Bachelor's degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Bonus : Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects Complete a screening with Zara , our AI interviewer in English, to learn more about your background and experience. Engagement | Hourly, at‑will contractor Schedule | Fully remote & asynchronous (min. 10 hrs / week) Pay Range (US) | $25 – $100 per hour Start Date | Rolling — staffed as projects launch

Role Description
- Evaluate AI-generated SQL queries for accuracy, performance, and best practices.
- Write SQL queries across a range of relational database systems.
- Explain your approach and highlight reasoning in plain English.
- Flag common errors in joins, filters, aggregations, or schema assumptions.
